Since Kaplan and David Norton put forward the balanced scorecard, it has become a powerful tool for the implementation of enterprise strategic objectives and performance management, and it also has been widely concerned by domestic and foreign enterprises.Differ from traditional performance evaluation systems, the Balanced Scorecard evaluates a company's performance comprehensively from four different aspects:finance, customer, inner operation,learning and growing,which are the key factors for a company's performance.However, most mold companies are still using the traditional performance evaluation systems as their main evaluation way, which makes the evaluation results are always unilateral and limited. It is unhealthy to the growth of the companies. In order to improve the mold corporations'managerial ability and make up for the deficiency of traditional performance evaluation systems, it is vital to bring in the Balanced Scorecard system.This paper is based on the case of Meihui mold company which construct and implement the Balanced Scorecard system to discuss a better way bringing the theory into a company. And this paper is not only including theoretical research,but also case analysis.Firstly, this paper discribes the research results of performance evaluation and from four aspects introduces the advantages of the Balanced Scorecard theory contracting with the traditional performance evaluation theories Secondly, taking Meihui Mold Co., Ltd for example, the paper analizes the company's eternal opportunities and challenges and internal advantages and disadvantages by using the SWOT analysis model, and combines the theory with the company's current situation and strategy to create a performance evaluation system based on the Balanced Scorecard theory. Thirdly, in order to make up for the deficiency of the Balanced Sorecard in distributing the weight of the index, the scientific method of AHP is used to assign the weight of the index. Through the establishment of the performance evaluation system, the application of the Balanced Scorecard Theory among the mold enterprise in our country can be realized, and it will be helpful to improve mold companies'management.
