Study On Development Of E-commerce Of Xinyu City In The New Normal Of Economy

Nowadays, e-commerce will become a new normal of economic in the future. Xinyu, located in middle inland areas, is a prefecture level city in Jiangxi Province. Xinyu hence should grasp the opportunity provided by such new normal trend, emphasize e-commerce as a significant strategy to promote economy transformation and span development, push coordinated development of traditional industries and e-commerce, and positively overcome considerable difficulties existed in e-business development so as to develop electronic commerce into a new growth point in Xinyu's economy. It's conducive to the development and perfection of e-commerce industry and provide reference for other city to study E-commerce development of Xinyu citie from perspective of the new normal. Analysis of the development of e-commerce of Xinyu city is conducive to find universal problems and to put forward some countermeasures about e-commerce developing. Therefore, study on such problem has certain application value.This paper applies relevant theories of the relationship between government and market studying E-commerce developing of Xinyu city of Jiangxi province, and explores opportunities and the existence question for E-commerce developing of Xinyu citie putting forward some countermeasures such as government function transformation, market regulation measures, and so on. It also provides the case for the study about E-commerce development of Xinyu citie in the new normal. Based on the structure, there are six chapters in this paper. The first chapter is an introduction; the second chapter is summary of relevant concepts and theories; the third chapter is the present situation investigation and analysis of E-commerce development of Xinyu city; the fourth chapter is E- commerce development foundation and targeton of Xinyu city in the new normal of economy; The fifth chapter is E- commerce development countermeasures and Suggestions of Xinyu city in the new normal of economy; the sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.In the paper, through the study found out some problems about E-commerce development of Xinyu city, including: E-commerce development universal consciousness is not strong; E-commerce and the real economic integration is not enough; related infrastructure backwardness;E-commerce support policy lag; E-commerce talent shortage;specialized services to upgrade, and need to constantly development.On such basis, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions, including: impel E- commerce development in key areas, foster the operating entities of E- commerce, improve support system of E- commerce, accelerate the development of E-commerce agglomeration, implement the strategy of E- commerce innovation, Intensify personnel training and the introduction of talent, creating good E-commerce development atmosphere, strengthen the safeguard mechanism of E-commerce development, and so on. In this paper, the study of E-commerce development about Xinyu city has practical significance for reference about E-commerce development, also has certain theoretical significance for study on E-commerce, especially E-commerce research has certain theoretical significance.
