In 2008,domestic telecom operators to conduct a new round of restructuring, China Telecom Market in the next few years will enter a competition of the new stage of development. In this context, Guangxi YD Company how to clearly analyze the core competitiveness of enterprises, and establish the effective development strategy has become an urgent topic need to be solved to Guangxi YD Company.In this paper, we analyze the whole business competition environment of Guangxi YD Company through the Potter "Five Forces Model in the environment of the whole business operation environment. Conclusion comes that the Guangxi YD Company is facing the entire business operation test, while also facing the business opportunities in transition. To understand the business under the background of the internal and external environment, the use of strategic management analysis of SWOT, the internal and external environment assessment, and in the " Five Forces Model " based on " government policy constraints ", " technical progress " and " complementary goods providers " the three more cogent and operator practical factors, analysis those three elements in detail. Then in the industry status are obtained based on the strategy of decomposition system, according to the strategic plan of Guangxi YD company strategy, localization of refinement, with emphasis on the strategic train of thought, this paper presents, strategic thinking:to move as the core, to value as the main line of business transformation, and draws strategic plan.Finally, based on the strategic theory and Guangxi YD company strategic path choice basis we refine the enterprise strategic management in the environment of full service, innovation, information separately from the development of TD product diversification, business model transformation from eight aspects such as complete elaborated Guangxi YD company’s strategic points, eventually come in line with the Guangxi YD company operation practical strategic management plan and strategic objectives.
