| Since twenty-first Century, China's automobile industry has made great progress. With China's productivity and people's consumption capacity, at present, China is already become the world's largest automobile producing countries, national car ownership has more than 170 million cars. At the same time, China's natural resources consumption is huge. On the one hand, China is facing the situation of resource shortage, on the other hand, there are a lot of city mineral- scrap car waiting for us to recycle. Therefore, how to efficiently recycling scrap cars and used for auto parts recycling remanufacturing, has become an important development problem of modern automotive industry. Scrap car recycling reuse is conducive to building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, is conducive to saving resources and protecting the environment, improve the using value of the auto parts and materials of the car to realize the social sustainable development. Based on the above background, this paper studied the scrap car dismantling and recycle industry.In this paper, the theoretical perspective of circular economy on the venous industry of waste and used to make a comprehensive study of the venous industry.Firstly based on detailed discussion of circular economy and venous industry, I analyzed our country waste vehicle recycling industry policy and management system,auto parts dismantling technology and manufacturing technology, current situation and problems, facing the challenge and the development trend is analyzed in detail.Secondly I summarized Germany, the United States, Japan and other developed countries the scrap car recycling industry development characteristics.Thirdly I made a simple empirical research on the scrap car dismantling and recycle industry in Hangzhou City, try. Finally I gave some suggestions from the policies and regulations,recycling and reuse, financial and taxation and other aspects of the industry to promote its development. |
