Railways has gradually lost the general cargo transport market, the main rail transport market in the coal, steel and other bulk cargo market, but the country's economic downward pressure, countries in economic restructuring, and actively develop clean energy, shut down a large number of high energy consumption enterprises the market for coal, steel demand declined year by year, the railway transportation revenue also declined substantially.
