Gansu Province Financial Efficiency Affect Economic Growth Research

In the special period of economic structural adjustment in our country,the financial support for economic and guiding role is becoming more and more prominent.At the same time,the financial allocation efficiency of capital in the influence effect of financial support for economic development has played a decisive role.Gansu province as the gold zone of the Silk Road Economic Belt,there are both opportunities and challenges in its economic development.2012-2014,although the scale of the economic development of gansu province continues to increase,but because of the influence of the special economic environment and their own conditions,its economic growth rate has declined in last four years,such as the growth rate of its GDP is just 8.9% in 2014,the economic growth of gansu province in gradually increasing pressure.Therefore,to study the effect of financial efficiency on economic growth in gansu province is very important.In theory,financial will by improving the efficiency of savings mobilization,the efficiency of conversion from saving investment and financing efficiency to promote the economic development of a region.Based on this logic,in gansu province based on the analysis of the financial impact of the current situation and existing problems of economic development,empirically the impact of the financial efficiency of its economic growth in gansu province.Empirical study mainly do two analysis :Firstly,measure the financial efficiency of gansu province in the perspective of city and states.Financial efficiency comprehensive ranking showed that pingliang jinchang,baiyin,zhangye and jiayuguan comprehensive financial efficiency at lower levels in the whole province.From the efficiency of various dimensions: jiayuguan,tianshui,dingxi and zhangye of our orientation in foreign investment efficiency level is low;Zhang ye,jiayuguan,baiyin and jinchang savings mobilization in the province’s low efficiency;baiyin,jinchang and jiayuguan savings investment efficiency is low.On the impact of financial efficiency on economic growth in gansu province the regression results show that the efficiency of investment to economic growth in gansu province change effect is the highest,reaching 0.24%;The efficiency of conversion from saving investment effect times,reached 0.17%;And the efficiency of savings mobilization efficiency effect on economic growth rate is 0.08%.Finally,put forward some Suggestions to increase the ability of financial efficiency to services economic of gansu province.
