Research On The Application Of Intellectual Property Value Evaluation Based On AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

With the continuous development of society, as well as the deepening of global economic integration, the understanding of people to intelligence, knowledge and information as the main elements of the knowledge economy continues to deepen, the awareness of intellectual property rights has become firmly embedded, the importance of intellectual property is becoming more and more by the attention of various countries and regions. However in the economic globalization today, there has been a large number of transactions involving intellectual, property rights, including patent transfer, authorization, securitization, the company pledge financing, trademark infringement, to deal with the increasingly frequent economic activity, countries and enterprises are need more of intellectual property rights value assessment. But the intellectual property rights as a kind of intangible assets, has its own particularity. The particularity to the assessment of the value of the intellectual property rights brought a certain degree of difficulty, so how to realize the scientific assessment of the value of intellectual property rights has become one of important subjects in the study.In this paper, a variety of factors currently affecting the value of intellectual property are analysised with consideration, then extract the relevant factor index, constructed a comprehensive and representative three-tier system of intellectual property valuation index, and then based on that assessment index system combined AHP and Fuzzy Mathematics theory constructed AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the IP valuation model, and use this model for some assets appraisal company of Tianjin XX series of patent and technology combined with machinery company earnings method, the evaluation of initial values for the rectification, has carried on the empirical analysis to the applicability of the model. The evaluation process of the model combines the expert scoring method, overcome the assessment agencies use income approach may ignore some factors that influence the uncertainty, so as to make the evaluation results more scientific and reasonable, and also played a certain reference function to the future research.
