| Energy consumption consumed by our foundry accounted for 25% to 30% of the total energy consumption of the machinery industry, "three wastes" emissions were 10 times than that some of industrialized countries. So energy conservation had became the most urgent task of the foundry industry. In 2012, the country firstly launched the thermal power, oil refining, iron and steel industry guide for energy conservation assessment, starting from the industry characteristics, and pointed out the key points of Energy Assessment. However, there was no special guide to the evaluation. People used other guidelines in the process of energy-saving assessment, the key points was unable to be grasped and analysis was not enough depth, thus the quality of energy-saving assessment was affected.Based on the study of "Fixed Assets Investment Projects Energy Assessment and Review of The Guidelines(2014 version)", the foundry industry planning, access conditions, and standards, referring to the guidelines of thermal power, oil refining and steel industry, this paper firstly mainly analyzed the key points of fixed asset investment projects′s Energy Assessment of foundry industry, and put forward key points and content of process project, major energy processes and equipment, auxiliary production and ancillary production facilities. In "process project energy assessment" aspect, this paper propose to evaluate if the project process can form Scale Effect, reduce scrap, and meet the casting yield, quality, structural features, etc. In the "major energy processes and equipment energy assessment" aspect, the energy consumption calculation methods and energy consumption limits of the smelting process and heat treatment equipment and so on was lead in. Secondly, this paper analyzed that how to determine the assessment focus and assessment content from the policy research, business results and other aspects of research.Thirdly, according the problems in the evaluation, a new "energy assessment document scoring table" was built up, which reflects the characteristics of the foundry industry. Finally, this article analyzed "an annual output of 100,000 sets of energy saving valves and parts manufacturing project". The analysis results show thatthe production of the project is not reasonable, it is recommended to use one-shift workday system of production, the basic process is in line with the requirements of the program, etc. |
