Energy Conservation Assessment Development And Case Study Of Investment In Fixed Asset

As China’s rapid development of economic construction and urbanization inrecent years, excessive consumption of resources and environment pollution thatseriously restricting the sustainable development of our economy and society hasbecome increasingly prominent. So the government has made great efforts in energyconservation, such as energy conservation assessment of fixed assets investmentprojects. As one of the mandatory prerequisites for project review, approval andconstruction, energy conservation assessment of fixed assets investment projects canreduce the irrational energy consumption and improve energy efficiency greatly.Therefore, it is necessary to do some research into the energy conservationassessment of fixed assets investment projects.Firstly, this paper provides an overview about the development process ofenergy assessment. Under the promoting of a series of regulations and policies aboutenergy conservation, the energy assessment development into an independent energyassessment and review system, showing a strong competitive advantage. Based onthe study of the current energy assessment a review system, I expounds the basictheory of energy assessment combined with the “fixed asset investment projectsenergy assessment procedures”(Trial), which laid the foundation for the case studyof energy assessment.Then, the case study of nitro compound energy assessment project has beendone. In combination with the characteristics of the project, I optimized the structureand content of energy assessment to seize the assessment focus. According to thetheory and methods of energy conservation assessment, I gave a detail analysis andevaluation of project construction program, major energy technology processes,energy conservation measures, energy consumption and its impact.Finally, we summarized the main contents above. Energy conservationassessment of fixed assets investment projects can indeed play an important role inthe aspects of controlling energy consumption and improving energy efficiency.
