With the rapid development of national economy, all sectors of GDP have maintained prices and the upward trend. Manufacturing industry belongs to industry, also belong to the second largest industry of the national economy at the same time, leading the social production and reproduction. In the past, the warehouse to be seen as a storehouse without any additional effect, instead will increase the cost. Compared to the past, today's enterprise warehouse already has other functions--Enterprise logistics center. Now, the warehouse not only included with additional value, and in a critical status exists in the business operations,so that enterprises can be run successfully. However, many existing enterprise storage management is still in operation to adopt the old bad habits and experience to manage the goods, not only reduces the utilization of storage space, but also makes the efficiency of warehouse staff has been stagnant. The data shows, Throughout the production procedure, most of the time is spent in the material storage. Therefore, the advantage of optimal management of warehouse is not only to enhance the economic efficiency of enterprises, but also to develop their ability to innovate and further strengthen its potential competitiveness.In this paper, the warehouse of company J's manufacturing center will be as the research object, Under the premise of the domestic and foreign research analysis, tocomprehend the current problems of Company J,Collect a variety of information of storage, analysis for warehousing operations, find key jobs—storage selection and path planning. especially depth study for storage spaces and storage resource path chosen. Toimprove the goods out of storage efficiency, relationship of goods in the warehouse out storage and handling in the process of moving distance and total time consumption, thereby reducing the cost for the purpose of establishing model, and genetic algorithm to solve the model, finally, it is proved that the established model is to optimize the storage and the path.Prove that through these optimization can improve the J company's storage management, improve the space utilization, reduce storage costs,to meet the production capacity of the upgrade, to adapt to the company's development.
