Stutdy On Development Of Sino-Russian Borcder Trade

China and Russia are two big countries that have far-reaching influence on the international economic and political stage.They are permanent members of the Security Council and an important member of the brics.Bilateral economic and trade ties,increasing bilateral dialogue,deepening political mutual trust,economic and trade activities between the two sides has increasingly frequent economic and trade relations have become an important part of bilateral relations,the development of border trade is a flexible way to promote the development of Sino Russian economic and trade cooperation.Since twenty,first Century,with the further promotion strategy of Sino Russian economic and trade cooperation,Sino Russian economic cooperation development,bilateral economic and trade relations to a new level,the development of border trade between the two countries entered into the fast lane.Along with the trade protection Chinese export market diversification strategy and the further implementation of European and American countries,strengthen China,continue to increase for ASEAN,India,Russia and Brazil free trade partners and emerging and developing economies will be accounted for.In view of this,the Sino Russian border trade is still a great potential for mining and development.It is helpful to deepen the understanding of the importance of the development of Sino Russian border trade by studying the trade between China and Russia,especially in the development of the existing problems,influencing factors and feasible promotion strategies.At present,intra industry trade has become the main trade countries in the world,especially in Europe,the United States,Japan,Korea and other developed countries,this trade pattern is particularly evident.The level of development of trade between Russia and China within industry relative to the development level of Sino US,Japan and EU,far less,border trade still belongs to the inter industry trade,partly as a result of border trade imbalance,trade structure,small investment,energy cooperation and other aspects of the dispute.In this paper the relevant research literature at home and abroad study on the effect of border trade,respectively,the regional economic integration theory,regional economics,traditional international trade theory,economies of scale in international trade theory are summarized.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of Sino Russian border trade,and studies the Sino Russian border trade from the aspects of total trade volume,commodity structure and development characteristics.Then the existence of border trade between China and Russia in the analysis of issues was analyzed by SPASS.Four main factors affecting the Sino Russian border trade facilitation,from trade and commodity structure,trade settlement mechanism,border trade,trade dispute settlement system was analyzed and the existing problems.Three aspects of research performed by China and Russia from the political trust between the two countries,the border trade tariff policy and frontier industry development,the change of border trade through the establishment of the Sino Russian border FTA,bilateral political analysis and tariff due to the huge role of factors on border trade between the two countries.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of Sino Russian border trade from the aspects of strengthening the political mutual trust between the two sides,promoting the improvement of the border trade settlement policy,establishing and perfecting the joint mediation mechanism of border disputes and so on.
