China is currently in the post work-unit time, and is experiencing the institutional change of labor market structure and individualization. The high occupation mobility rate and low work enthusiasm of social phenomenon have caused extensive discussion about employees' loyalty. This article is based on the theory of emotion, adopts qualitative research methods, attempts to explain the formation mechanism of employees'loyalty, and establishes the dynamic mechanism of emotional awakening as the core framework. The article analyses the relationship among the expectations of the enterprise employees' transaction needs, the emotional energy in the situation, and the employees' loyalty in combination of theory and reality.First of all, this study defines the meaning and explains the system background of employees' loyalty. Secondly, through the classification and analysis of the empirical research data, the article clears about the expectation of employees' benefit exchange and self-actualization needs and their important influence on emotional awakening. Then from peers, family and the culture and structure of enterprise, the three aspects analyze the relationship between the energy levels of emotional awakening and employee loyalty. Finally, the research summarizes the relationship of the expectations of transactions need and employee loyalty systematically, explains the formation mechanism of the employees' loyalty. It is the theoretical exploration about employees' loyalty in the new period.
