With the accelerating process of economic globalization, China's construction machinery market competition enterprises are facing increasingly fierce. Enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in the process, the importance of human resources position in the enterprise rises rapidly. More and more companies recognize that the key to business success comes from the excitation of staff potential and talents, so as to gather strength staff, to create synergy rapid development of enterprises. Our staff motivation of a late start, there are many imperfections in practice. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance for engineering machinery enterprise knowledge staffs incentive issues research.This paper selects China's construction machinery industry leading enterprises Zoomlion as samples, analyzes its existing problems of incentives field staff through interviews and questionnaire method. Then analyze the underlying causes behind these problems, such as managers of knowledge-based staffs lack adequate understanding of the needs; incentives combined effect is not obvious; incentive and restraint mechanisms are not perfect and so on. Finally, the paper binding nature of business and industry characteristics Zoomlion, optimization and improvement of existing knowledge-based staffs incentives are proposed concrete measures from the organizational level, team level, the individual level, on the basis of optimized knowledge-based staffs needs to grasp the incentive structure, adding more spiritual incentives and specific measures to improve and perfect knowledge-based staffs pay and benefits system and so on.
