"Knowledge workers" refers to those who master and use symbols and concepts,the use of knowledge or information work.Knowledge workers as the carrier of enterprise knowledge capital and human capital,to the rich enterprise resources,enhance the level of enterprise management ability,information technology,innovation ability,etc.It is of great significance.A big focus direction of the current human resource management is to establish an effective incentive mechanism,guide the knowledge staff work hard,in order to better achieve organizational strategic objectives.Based on X company as the research object,through to its conduct in-depth research,found the company for a more extensive knowledge staff incentive management,specific issues including: the low level of company's overall compensation,difficult to retain good staff;Performance appraisal system is not sound,difficult to achieve "work more";Do not take the training system.Employees don't have a clear career planning,and so on.The existence of the above problems,so that half of the X company is difficult to meet the material needs of the knowledge staff is low level,and is difficult to meet the spiritual needs of higher level,caused the knowledge staff to the company's overall satisfaction is low.This paper argues that it is necessary to improve the incentive status X company,provides the perfect incentive mechanism for knowledge staff,improve their work motivation.The purpose of this study is to diagnose the current X company aiming at the existing problem of knowledge staff incentive mechanism,to dig the intrinsic reason of these problems,and to meet the company's incentive knowledge workers actual demand as the goal,to establish a set of improvement of knowledge staff incentive schemes.Based on the incentive mechanism and incentive theory as the foundation,in the study the problems existing in the X company knowledge staff incentive mechanism,through the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,it is concluded that the knowledge staff incentive demand factors in the importance and satisfaction of sorting,thereby accurately analyzing the characteristic of the knowledge staff's demand.By 14 the importance and satisfaction of the demand factors of two dimension comparison,this paper argues that the first class III factors,namely high importance,low satisfaction factor is a major problem,and points out that the causes include insufficient knowledge staff incentive motivation(mainly about pay,personal development and job satisfaction low approved),lack of the support of the management system and enterprise culture and the lack of fair and just system of performance evaluation system and position adjustment,etc.In this paper,the current incentive mechanism for the corresponding improvement,optimization is established,complete system of knowledge staff incentive system,including power system,security system and evaluation system of constraint system,aim is to enhance the knowledge staff motivation.
