Study On The Evaluation System Of The Management Information System Of YQ Company

Under the background of the information age, management information system has become an indispensable part of enterprise development, the good and bad of the system, to a certain extent, determines the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, it is very important to evaluate the management information system for the information level and the development of enterprises.YQ company has carried on the integration of various business systems of the original enterprises, and built a large comprehensive management information system, YQ company management information system, so as to realize the classification of the data, analyze the abnormal part, distinguish the responsibility, meet the needs of the user analysis and decision-making, and achieve the fine management of science. This system is currently in trial operation stage, therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the effect of its development, and put forward the relevant development proposals, so as to realize the continuous improvement of the system.The difficulty of this paper is to establish the evaluation index system and the evaluation index weights. In this paper, the evaluation index system of the domestic and foreign references is summarized. Based on the public transportation industry and YQ company's demand for management information system and YQ company management information system, the evaluation index system of YQ company management information system is established. At all levels of index weight assignment, based on the theory of analytic hierarchy process, through the comparison of the same level index, the structure of the judgment matrix, combined with the mathematical operations of the judgment matrix, calculate the weight values of all levels of indicators, and through the consistency test, greatly improve the accuracy and objectivity of the index weight assignment. In the end, the system users, the company leadership and the technical experts respectively, the management information system for comprehensive evaluation.From the research results, we can see that the management information system developed by YQ company is satisfactory, especially in the aspect of performance level, the development level and the performance level of the integrated management information system are improved. On the other hand, the system in the technical performance, system characteristics, operational efficiency and operational use is still need to continue to improve.
