A Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Guangzhou Water Supply Dispatching Information System

City water system is the lifeline of the city, is the security infrastructure indispensable topeople’s life and social progress, information management and scientific control on it isparticularly important, the informationization and the automation of water supply system isthe inevitable trend of the development and construction of water supply enterprises. Watersupply dispatching information system is an important means to protect the economic andreliable operation of the water supply network, set up a scientific, practical, operablecomprehensive evaluation of water supply dispatching information system, it is of greatsignificance.In view of Guangzhou’s water supply dispatching information system in the mostrepresentative characteristics of the water supply industry, this paper takes it as the researchobject, make a research on the comprehensive evaluation of the system. First of all, the authoraccess to a large number of documents, the water supply dispatching information system ofconceptual elaboration, and summarized related theory of comprehensive evaluation of watersupply dispatching information system and method. In-depth analysis and research ofGuangzhou water supply dispatching information system and the current situation,characteristics and existing problems, established the basic principles of constructing thecomprehensive evaluation index system.In the evaluation under the guidance of the principle of combining method of expertconsultation and field survey, the evaluation index is divided into organizational indicators,design index, function index, performance index, economic index and application of indexesof six types of indicators, and then decompose into18specific indexes, obtains thecomprehensive system of comprehensive evaluation index of Guangzhou water supplydispatching information system. Then, using the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate theindex system, the comprehensive weight calculation of each evaluation index, and then usethe establishment of comprehensive evaluation of Guangzhou water supply dispatchinginformation system model of fuzzy evaluation method.Finally, through the case study on Guangzhou water dispatching information system,through the questionnaire and let the expert scoring, application of the model evaluationsystem construction effect, evaluation and qualitative and quantitative index, verify thevalidity of this evaluation model, and puts forward some suggestions for systemimprovement. In short, this paper based on the information system evaluation theory and method, theexpert investigation method, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod, combined with the author’s practical experience, studies the comprehensiveevaluation of Guangzhou water supply dispatching information system index, constructed theevaluation for the characteristics of water supply dispatching information system model,provides the basis for the evaluation of beneficial water supply scheduling informationsystems planning, design, construction and operation.
