This paper based on the Balanced Scorecard as the topic to introduce the current development situation of the theory and the Balanced Score Card Theory of evaluation at home and abroad, expounds some main viewpoints of domestic and foreign scholars on the research; then describe the Balanced Scorecard theory from different angles in detail; through the analysis of the selected case company A logistics company, found the problem in the performance evaluation; finally, combined with the related theory of Balanced Scorecard, construct a new performance evaluation for the enterprise.
