With the rapid development of the economy and the improvement of people’s living conditions, China’s automobile consumption level grows rapidly. And so there are more and more demands of auto parts logistics and vehicle logistics. As the automobile manufacturing enterprise is facing the increasingly fierce market competition, in order to focus on the core business and reduce the logistics cost, the automobile manufacturing enterprise is considering to outsource the automobile logistics to the third party automobile logistics enterprise. The third party automobile logistics enterprise, which is an important member of the automobile supply chain, as it is in the primary stage of the development in our country, how to face its early stage of development and the future intense market competition has become an important problem demanding prompt solution.Facing the unprecedented historical opportunity of the third party vehicle logistics enterprise, in order to grasp the whole situation and the investment direction for future development of the enterprise, the performance evaluation of the enterprise has become the essential steps in the process of the enterprise development.Therefore, the performance evaluation of the third party vehicle logistics enterprise has important theoretical and practical value.This paper studies the performance evaluation of YS vehicle logistics. Firstly, we consult a large number of literature and summary the current research on the performance evaluation of logistics enterprise and vehicle logistics, then we analyze the current performance evaluation problem on YS logistics enterprise. Secondly, according to the actual enterprise development conditions and the characteristics of the third party vehicle logistics enterprise, this paper has set up a performance evaluation index system based on the idea of the balanced scorecard method which contains financial performance, internal operations performance, customer performance, learning and growth performance. Finally,by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to evaluate the YS company’s overall performance, and then it proposes some appropriate recommendations for the company’s improvement. At last combining with the research of this paper, it summarizes the research work and looks forward to the unfinished work.
