With economic globalization, trade and economic interaction between countries have become increasingly frequent and trade friction is also accompanied by frequent. WTO, as the world's only global trade treaty bodies, played an active role in dealing with trade disputes and ruling trade protection measures to promote the economic and trade cooperation. WTO is the essence of the country into economic globalization orbit within the specified time. It provides a platform for the development of trade intermediation between countries. China had joined the WTO as early as 2001, and it has made outstanding achievements. Particularly trade development has made considerable progress with Central Asian countries. But because of historical reasons, Kazakhstan negotiations were difficult with US-led Western countries. Although the pace of its accession is extremely difficult, Kazakhstan still adhere to WTO negotiations, and implied "2050" strategy and the "Bright Road" New Economic Policy. It has experienced arduous negotiations for 20 years and finally in November 30, 2015 officially became a WTO member. Kazakhstan is not only the largest trade partner of Xinjiang but also a key country of "Silk Road Economic Belt". By virtue of the geographical advantage, Xinjiang has become a bridgehead for the Sino-Kazakh trade and the core area of "Silk Road ". The WTO accession will bring new opportunities for the trade of Xinjiang.Against this backdrop, this paper summarized Kazakhstan WTO accession process and domestic reforms that have changed the rules of business; Secondly, analysis the degree of openness of Kazakhstan market; Subsequently analysis the current situation and existing problems of bilateral trade; followed by these, complementarities index Trade and the degree of complementarities could be empirical which revealed comparative advantage, indicating there is a great trade complementary which won't be changed; Then combining with the related trade policy after WTO accession, the positive and negative impact of trade are gathered on China's Xinjiang and. Finally according to the above analysis and the existing trade problems and the impact, both government and enterprise must propose solutions. The regional government should strengthen port construction, customs clearance and policy coordination level and encourage the enterprises; Xinjiang enterprises themselves should make good use of the relevant trade rules and improve their competitiveness, strengthen the introduction of the advantages of technology and actively grasp the related opportunities.
