Along with the progress of science and technology, Internet technology is widely spread, the rapid exchange of information makes the connection between the enterprise and the customer is increasingly close, to focus on customer needs and personalized production of mass customization production pattern become the consensus of modern manufacturing. The knowledge economy era of globalization is coming. knowledge resources competition is the competition of the enterprise. Throughout the history of modern enterprise, the enterprise through the mechanized production, technology innovation, knowledge economy and information production stage of development, more and more highlighted by non-technical, nonphysical means to gain a competitive advantage, thus gain a competitive edge by knowledge has become a modern enterprise management direction.
