In the new era of the global economic,innovation plays an increasingly important role in enterprise development and national competition.Employees' innovation is the fundamental of enterprise innovation.In employee innovation activities,employees can acquire employee creativity from their individual knowledge absorptive capacity,thereby enhancing innovation performance.Therefore,there is a certain causal relationship among individual knowledge absorptive capacity,employee creativity and employee innovation performance.Meanwhile,the Chinese government vigorously advocates innovation,released a lot of policies to encourage innovation activities,there is a very good atmosphere in the whole society.As a result,it inspired the situational factors such as social relations,innovation atmosphere needed for the internal employees to carry out innovation activities,and it helped employees to better carry out innovation activities.So in this study,we constructs a conceptual model of individual knowledge absorptive capacity,employee creativity,employee innovation performance and team-member exchange,and reveal the impact on the acquisition of employee creativity and employee innovation performance from individual knowledge absorptive capacity.At the same time,we also explore the relationship between individual knowledge absorptive capacity and employee creativity and employee innovation performance under different team-member exchange.In this study,we use literature analysis and questionnaire survey to conduct the research,and use SPSS22.0,Amos22.0 to analysis the data.The main conclusion is showed as followed.(1)Individual knowledge absorptive capacity positively relates to employee innovation performance.(2)Employee creativity mediates the relationship between individual knowledge absorptive capacity and employee innovation performance.(3)Team-member exchange positively moderates the relationship between individual knowledge absorptive capacity and employee creativity,but the effect of team-member exchange between individual knowledge absorptive capacity and employee innovation performance is not significant.Based on the conclusion of the study,this study puts forward the suggestions and inspirations of the enterprise in guiding employees' innovation in two aspects:(1)Enterprises should focus on cultivation and enhancing individual knowledge absorption capability of employees so that employees can quickly anquire knowledge,integrate knowledge,create new knowledge,and achieve innovation.(2)Enterprises should strengthen the construction of team members,focus on guiding the establishment of good team-member exchangerelationship and provide employees with a good working situation.This study hopes to provide practical reference for the innovation and development of the employees of Chinese enterprises.In the theoretical sense,this study enriched the absorptive capacity theory in the field of innovation,and also enriched the theoretical perspective of the absorptive capacity theory research.
