A Research On The Development Mode Of Circular Agriculture In Hubei Province And Its Supporting System

Circular agriculture as a significant transformation on concept and mode of current agriculture development is an important trend for agriculture development throughout the world.Moreover,circular agriculture is urgently needed so as to change the mode of economic growth of agriculture and achieve sustainable development as well.In order to solve problem like environmental pollution,ecological damages and waste of resources caused by traditional agriculture for the sake of sustainable development of society, economy and ecology,circular agriculture has gradually been a great concern for researches home and abroad.As Hubei province is a major grain and oil production base in China,its level of development of circular agriculture leaves a great influence on sustainable development agriculture and issues of food security.Based on previous researches,the paper aims to analyze issues of circular agriculture in Hubei province in the light of theories of economics such as theory of sustainable,theory of circular economy.Theory of ecological economy and theory of resource-saving and environment-friendly social development as well as statistical analysis,statistical analysis and modern econometric analysis.The following are main content and conclusions of the paper.(1) The paper gives an analysis of level of development of circular agriculture in Hubei province from 1996 to 2006 according to stratification analysis.Its development of circular agriculture changes in three stages decreased slightly from 1999 to 2003, increase substantially from 2003 to 2004,and rose slightly from 2004 to 2006.In addition,according to analysis of correlation between development of circular agriculture in Hubei province and government acts,the paper finds that its level of development shows a significantly positive correlation with financial support agriculture spending.(2) Together with a field survey into the pilot regions of circular agriculture,the author has made a description and analysis of three main factors which affect the development of circular agriculture in Hubei province:farmers' understanding of circular agriculture,farmers' participation into circular agriculture and environmental factors of circular agriculture.(3) The supporting system of circular agriculture mainly consists of financial support.Technological support and policy support as well.Financial support is mainly reflected by investment of financial capital of the government,all kinds of agricultural subsidies,etc.agricultural credit mainly refers to loans on projects of ecological home gardens,green credit and loans on development of ecological agriculture,technological support refers to research,development and promotion of technologies related to circular agriculture.Policy support is reflected by the enactment of laws and regulations protecting development of circular agriculture.(4) An account of main conclusion of the study,and the author puts forward his suggestion as to the promotion of development of circular agriculture in Hubei province from 8 aspects in the paper.
