Thus, Shouqin company TPM can not be managed to promote urgent. This paper attempts to elaborate on the TPM theory, from TPM angle to explore how to combine business practice, construction having Shouqin company featuring TPM system and critical control points, and point out Shouqin company deepening TPM security measures on the basis of the final enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the suggestion of promoting the management of TPM, and hopes that the company will realize the rationalization of the expense of production and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.First of all, the article introduces the grim situation of the steel industry, and then illustrates the practical significance of the iron and steel enterprises to implement TPM,and also for the research of this topic, the significance of the research is put forward. And reviewed the current domestic and foreign scholars about the research results of TPM, and combed the related theory of TPM, which laid the theoretical foundation for the following research.Secondly, this paper expounds the TPM theory, and analyzes the development history of the maintenance system, and further summarizes the current maintenance mode of Shouqin company, and studies the existing maintenance system of Shouqin company.Again, combined with the actual situation of the company, the specific analysis of the current enterprise production characteristics and equipment management problems, and on the basis of Shouqin company to implement the feasibility and necessity of TPM analysis,and ultimately the development of Shouqin TPM propulsion program.Finally, the introduction of Shouqin company to implement TPM safeguards, should focus on the construction of TPM’s organizational structure, corporate culture and employee training, continuing to effectively promote the number one project, through theleadership to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff to promote TPM.
