Family-owned Enterprise Organization Structure Optimization Research

This article first introduces a series of problems of the organization structure of A company. Then we understand that as a family-owned company, It has many defects of the organization structure. For example, the conflict exists between the shareholders, it can't exchange information effectively, It is the family relationship but not a modern corporate governance and so on. We will analyze the problems of the organization structure of A company from two aspects: the influence and the causes of impact using the related theories and research methods. The key points of influence are human resource management, the relations between shareholders, operational efficiency, and the company long-term development perspective. The key points of causes of impact are defects of family enterprise, benefit maximization and the relationship between the firm contracts. At last, we will redesign the organization structure of A company using the instruction of organization structure theory and do feasibility analysis from theory and practice.
