With the continuous development of 30 years of China's reform and opening up, China's construction enterprises in the strength of the growth of domestic construction enterprises gradually, more and more began to undertake overseas projects. According to relevant statistics, in recent years the number of construction enterprises of our country the ability to contract overseas projects to show increasing phenomenon. But because of the particularity of overseas engineering project, project specifications is relatively large, the construction technology requirements are relatively high, area across the relatively large, China's construction enterprises in overseas construction projects, risks, coupled with the at present most countries in the world economic downturn, increased overseas engineering project uncertainty. Therefore, the risk management of overseas projects is scientific, effective, has become in the overseas based on the key construction enterprises of our country can.Firstly, from the theoretical point of view, introduces the theory of risk management of overseas projects, as well as the overseas engineering project risk identification and analysis; secondly, from an empirical point of view, an overseas projects through the construction enterprises to undertake, identifying risks exist in the overseas engineering project, and the PCA method(the main component analysis) and ANP(analytic network process) for scientific, effective analysis of the project risk, put forward risk response corresponding suggestions and strategy on the basis of analysis results. Finally summarizes the lessons. Finally summarizes the lessons in the business case, for China's construction enterprises to provide a guiding role in overseas engineering project construction process in the future.
