At present, China's civil aviation has become the world's second largest air transport system, does away with the disadvantages of China's civil aviation transportation industry started late by the double-digit growth rate. After extensive efforts, the core competitiveness of China's civil aviation enterprises continuously strengthens. The status of the international air transport sector has been significantly improved. In spite of this, Chinese civil aviation transportation enterprises' operation level and the competitive ability is still weaker than the world carriers. Owing to the characteristics of China's aviation market, the airlines get the size of passenger growth easily, domestic network carriers' passenger transportation revenue accounted for the total income ratio are more than 90%, freight and other income ratio is very low. It can be viewed, Chinese airlines have single income sources, they need to expand revenue channels, adjust the income structure, and tap new business value, in order to increase international air transport market competitiveness, improve the ability of resistant risks. In China, airlines' operating mode is relatively single. The relevant subjects in ecosystem are not closely related, and lack of more in-depth cooperation. It can't be provided by the multi-agent cooperation customization of products for travelers. And the lack of clarity of the business ecosystem of China's airlines makes it necessary to study further.On the basis of relevant research in the theory of natural ecosystem, business ecosystem, industry of aviation, airlines commercial value, the paper analyzes the present airline business ecosystem characteristics, contacts the relevant subjects involved in the operation of airlines, identifies the business ecosystem model of the core is airlines, which has the macro environment, environment support, core of the supply chain and competitive four levels. In the airline business ecosystem model as the basis, the commercial value of airlines is studied, and the larger influence aspects of airlines commercial value are identified. And then, status of airlines commercial value based on business ecosystem is obtained. Based on the above analysis, and the results of the airline commercial value embodied in the analysis of existing products, according to the airline business ecosystem, the airline products are designed. Finally, taking the Air China as a case, analysis of Air China verifies the correctness of the conclusions. The theories of business ecosystem and airline commercial research have enriched, and it has some guiding practical significance for the improvement of airline commercial value.
