Research On The Circulation Of Land Contract Management Right In Wenchuan Aba Prefecture

With the speeding up of industrialization and urbanization in our country, the number of rural surplus labor force is increasing year by year. Household contract responsibility system brings the limitations of the rural economy development in our country, which are becoming ever more obvious. Small-scale management pattern already cannot satisfy the requirement of farmland resources use efficiency further, thus agriculture moderate scale management has become the trend of the development of the agricultural modernization. Therefore, in order to solve the plight of the current our country rural area land farming, more and more rural areas begin to use the contracted management of land circulation, which is adapting to the demands of development of rural productivity, at the same time, to meet the requirements of scale of operation of land. After experiencing the 2008 earthquake, Wenchuan aba has received the attention and assistance from the society, which promoted the local social and economic rapid development and urbanization process. However, due to the location in the plateau, land scarcity limits the further development of agriculture in Wenchuan country. Thus, how to effectively make use of farmland is extremely important for promoting the development of local rural economy.In this paper, from the angle on the contracted management of rural land circulation, summarizing related literature at home and abroad and visiting Wenchuan, through collecting questionnaires and empirical research to learn local rural contracted management of rural land circulation main body and the main factors influencing the flow. Finally putting forward relevant solutions, which as follows: Through the questionnaires collection, we find that farmers in the majority with men, cultural level is high school, most of farmers' income is still the income of agricultural production as their source of income. Survey of farmers shows that in more than half of them participated the contracted management of land circulation, which happens between the acquaintances, oral agreed contract as the main form, and the main types of the contracted management of land circulation is the arable land. Recent years, Wenchuan contracted management of rural land circulation scale is expanding.To hypothesis possible influencing factors of the contracted management of rural land circulation in wenchuan county, and analyzing data through SPSS software to verifying whether the hypothesis is established. The result we get is that male's willingness is more strong than female, and the youngers' willingness is more tense than elders, and highly educated people's willingness is more tense. Purely famers and farmers whose income mainly from agriculture have less willingness. Farmers whether participant social insurance is not obvious. The contracted management of land the development of the market will affect to the contracted management of land circulation. Circulation fixed number of year, the longer the roll-out will weaker. Whether the flow through effective legal avenues to flow has no big effect.Through the survey found that the contracted management of land circulation circulation system is not sound in wenchuan county, and which also found that the the transfer market is not perfect and farmers lack subject position. To solve above problems, we proposed that to strengthening the law system and regulations, to create good external environment, to clarify farmers' main positon and so on.
