Research On The Application Of The Training Management Of Sofrware Practitioners In GD Institute

As an important method of human resource development, training plays more and more vital role in promoting faculty's capability and quality, improving human resource labor productivity, supporting development strategy of GD institute and so on. On the background of building new system of education and training in AVIC, as well as participating in international competition for AVIC Optronics, it becomes significant project for human resource development to establish standard and effective training management system meanwhile constantly improve faculty's capability and quality for cultivating more qualified talent resource in the process of implementing GD institute's development strategy. OT process domain of GJB5000 A standard is worldwide-accepted regulation which has the international standard in training software practitioners. It is the urgent problem to establish training management system based on OT process domain of GJB5000 A in GD institute for global market competition.The thesis constitutes GJB5000 A training management system promotion team according to OT process domain of GJB5000 A standard. It further studies and analyzes following five aspects which are training process, training requirement, training curriculum, training faculty and training effect. Aiming at the problems, the author finds out the disparity, discusses repeatedly, works out measures, assesses and revises them, and then regulates and promotes the system from the following five aspects which are regulating training process management, improving scientific training requirement, promoting training effectiveness, strengthening teachers' competence. Therefore training management system document integrated with GJB5000 A standard are established, they are one Training management brochure, one Training management program brochure and eleven training management work documents.
