With the arrival of economic globalization and the implementation and promotion of China's “One Belt,One Road” initiative,Chinese enterprises are facing a broader globalized,networked and diversified business environment with borders,competition of other enterprises.The competition with enterprises is also becoming more intense.Any competition can ultimately be attributed to competition for human competition and human resource management.In order to obtain the core competitiveness of enterprise survival and development,it is necessary to increase investment in human resources and strengthen the development and management of human resources.Staff training is an important way to invest and develop enterprise human resources.The changes in the internal and external environment of SMEs seriously affect the operation of enterprises,and thus put forward new requirements for the quality of employees.When there is a gap between the quality of employees and job requirements,employees need to be trained to maintain a consistent match between employees and work,and improve employee performance.This article is based on the new situation under the new normal,and combines theory with practice,starting from the current analysis of the current situation of the SME training market in Jiujiang City,and looking at the current situation and problems of SME training programs,this article explores the reasons behind the poor results of SME talent training in Jiujiang The main reason is to propose that the SME training project should carry out a full-process and standardized training management model.The thesis firstly systematically discusses the relevant theories based on human resource management training,and expounds the strategic position of training in building the competitive advantage of enterprises;secondly,this article briefly describes the basic concepts of SMEs and the general characteristics of human resource training Based on the analysis of development opportunities and severe challenges,the current situation of human resources training for SMEs in Jiujiang City is analyzed,and then the reasons for the above problems are analyzed in depth.Finally,as a training consulting company that is the supplier of Jiujiang SME training programs— EM company,for example,starts from the supply side,optimizes the business process of training project management,sorts out and reconstructs a set of training project's entire process and standardized management model based on the perspective of project management,and establishes a set of post-training training The supervision system will eventually be exported to the SMEs in Jiujiang City on the demand side,with a view to improving training management and enhancing the relevance and effectiveness of training for SMEs in Jiujiang City.
