Application Of PFMEA Technology In Quality Control Of GW Lubericent Production Process

With the continuous development of the global economic integration process, the competition for the lube oil market is becoming increasingly fierce. Especially in recent years, there were some international well-known lube oil brands in the Chinese market, which caused the domestic lube oil companies to be seriously impacted. Meanwhile it also leads the domestic lube oil brands to the internationalization development trend. If the domestic lube oil brand wins a foothold in the changeable market competition, it not only needs the lube oil production enterprises to have enough competitive power in the corporate image and brand effect, but also the quality of lube oil is the important guarantee. The enterprise must establish a scientific quality control system to ensure the quality of products or services so as to win the customer recognition and then win the market competition.FMEA have the preventive function for the product quality problem. Most of the quality defects can be resolved with FMEA. In China, the research and application of FMEA in other parts of the industries has been more extensive, but there is less research and summary for Potential failure mode and effect analysis in the lube oil industry, which does not accord with the future development of China’s lube oil industry and the need to go abroad and simultaneously it is bound to have some influences upon the lube oil quality control in the international market competition..Based on the descriptions mentioned-above, this paper takes the GW lube oil company limited as the background, combines the production process and the reality of the product quality control and management, applies the process(PFMEA) technique to the lube oil production control process and provides an effective preventive solution to the problem of solving the quality control of the production process in the lube oil production enterprises. The analysis method of the process(PFMEA) is used to determine the severity of the failure mode, the occurrence degree of the cause, the degree of detection, the sequence of the risks, and finally to establish the corresponding improvement measures according to the cause of failure so that the systematic response schemes will be constituted to demonstrate the important function for PFMEA application in the quality control problems of lube oil enterprise analysis and resolution.It is hereby specified that, due to the personal theoretical knowledge, the ability is constrained, there may be some inadequate research description and the analysis is not perfect.
