The leveraged trading industry in the virtual financial derivatives market has experienced nearly thirty years rapid development in the developed countries. Although so far the industry is still on the stage of rapid growth in the global market, the completion in each country market becomes more and more fierce. Since the overall level of the customer service in the industry is high, the customers have a strong bargaining power and their conversion rate is high too. In addition, after the outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2008, the financial regulatory environments in most of the countries are constantly changing and becoming more and more complex and the regulatory policy of the financial derivatives trading market also tends to be strict, which has increased the industry business risk. At the same time, the rapid development of information technology and the Internet, especially the rapid development of the mobile Internet in recent years, has greatly changed the operation mode of the market participants and the trading way of the customers. In the interaction of these factors, the existing strategy of SW Group has presented some limitations and its development is facing great challenges. Therefore, in order to maintain the sustained and stable development of the group, adjusting its development strategy and decision making for the future will be crucial.The paper aims to analyze and establish one suitable development strategy for SW group so as to help it achieve a long-term development in the future. The paper first analyzes the external environment that includes macro environment, industry environment and competition environment that SW Group faces and the internal recourses and abilities that SW Group owns and evaluates the key external and internal factors that have great effect on the success of SW Group respectively. And then, based on the analysis and evaluation ahead, combined with the analysis conclusion of the overall strategic situation of SW Group, the paper gets a set of optional feasible strategy plans that fit SW Group using the SWOT analysis matching matrix. And following this, the paper uses the quantitative strategic planning matrix QSPM to evaluate the options made on the above and confirms out the best options for SW Group which are market development, market penetration, product development and concentration diversification. After that, the paper makes a another analysis and comes to a conclusion that SW Group should take the combination of low cost with differentiation as its basic competition strategy, Finally the paper gives out the detailed functional implementation measures in order to achieve the overall strategy goal of SW Group.
