Research On The Development Strategy Of PD Science & Technology Co., Ltd

With the rapid development of science and technology, the progress of Chinese marketing reform is getting faster and faster. The intensity and pressure of the market competition facing Chinese enterprises are bigger than before. The formulation and implementation of Enterprise Strategy in the presence of Chinese enterprises is more and more serious.In the course of development, PD Science & Technology Co.,Ltd formed its own superiority in research and development of technique. In spite of that, as the competition becoming more and more serious, the survival and development of the company are facing a severe challenge. There is a pressing need to formulate feasible development strategy.The internal and external environments of PD Company are analyzed in detail in this paper. The conclusion on the external environment of PD Company are achieved with the matrix analyze of external major factor (EFE matrix analyze). Using the method of comparing the strengths and weaknesses of internal factors,we get the conclusion on the internal environment of the company. The strategy objective orientation,vision,overall development strategy of PD Company are conformed finally.The concrete strategy plans are disposed,which in agreement with overall strategy objectives, including customer relationship management(CRM), human resource, nuclear competitive ability, financial budget and financing,enterprise culture, etc. The measures to support the implementation of strategy are put forward, including cost control., the capital chain management,risk management and the process control of PDCA, etc.The purpose of this paper is to investigating and looking for the suitable development strategy for PD Company,exalting its competitive power,making it survive the fierce competition and retain its strengths and features. At the same time, it is hoped that the research findings can provides some valuable reference to other enterprises.
