Research On Conflict Evolution And Equilibrium Solution Of Complex Product Quality Disputes Under Grey Information

Complex products refer to a kind of large-scale industrial products or system facilities with complex structure,high R & D cost,high integration of parts and components,and need customized R & D and production.The most obvious feature of complex products is that the product structure is particularly complex,the production technology requirements are high and difficult.Therefore,the development process of complex products mainly adopts the collaborative production mode of "main manufacturer supplier".As the organizer and integrator of product production,the main manufacturer needs to grasp and control the product quality disputes of complex products in the process of contract negotiation as a whole,and give solutions.Based on the analysis of relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper designs research ideas layer by layer and scenario by scenario,and carries out relevant research contents.Firstly,the connotation and characteristics analysis of complex product quality conflict,mainly introduces the definition of complex product,the definition and characteristics of complex product quality conflict and the definition of equilibrium solution of conflict,and introduces the supply chain cooperation process of complex product,which provides a theoretical basis for the research of this paper.Secondly,the dynamic expansion rules of Petri net for conflict analysis under grey preference are studied.In order to capture the uncertainty in the preference of decision-makers,the definition based on grey number is incorporated into the conflict resolution graph model,the definition of grey number and relevant operation rules are introduced,the grey preference is defined,and the grey preference is introduced into the model to calculate and analyze the path expansion under grey uncertain preference.Constructing the conflict analysis model under grey uncertain preference and solving the conflict equilibrium solution under grey uncertain preference can effectively deal with the uncertain information in the conflict and enrich and optimize the application of the model.Thirdly,the Petri net model and equilibrium of conflict analysis under grey decision time.The decision time t and grey uncertain time information are introduced into the conflict analysis model,the conflict analysis Petri net model based on grey decision time is constructed,and the generation algorithm of pnca-t model is designed to analyze the evolution of the length of time between the conflict nodes in the process of contract negotiation between the main manufacturer and each supplier.Explore the equilibrium realization conditions of the conflicting parties under the consideration of decision-making time,assist the main manufacturers of complex products to study the future development trend of quality conflict in the process of contract negotiation,and explore the possible equilibrium state of quality dispute.Fourthly,taking C919 aircraft as a model,this paper studies the conflict evolution process of complex product quality disputes under different situations under complete information,grey preference,considering decision-making time and grey decision-making time information,solves the equilibrium solutions under different situations,applies the theoretical results to practical research,and verifies the feasibility,applicability and correctness of the new model,It also provides a theoretical basis for the actual conflict of the main manufacturer of the system in the process of contract negotiation.
