The Research On Innovation Ability Of Shanghai Non-State-Owned S&T Enterprises

Non-State-Owned Scientific & Technical Enterprise becomes a most important strength in promoting domestic economic growth, improving independence innovation capability and increasing employment opportunities. “Non-State-Owned”and “Scientific and Technology” are contemporary development tendency. After its evolution of more than thirty years,NSSTE assembles contemporary tendency,come to children of this era.These years, Shanghai Non-State-Owned enterprises present a picture of prosperity. Their quantity and quality are synchronized increasing. In the first half year of 2014, Non-State-Owned enterprises arrived to 969,000, with year-on-year growth of 17.7 percent;registered capital in full arrived to 3333.33 billion yuan,with year-on-year growth of 40.2 percent;individual average registered capital 3.439 arrived to million yuan,with year-on-year growth of 19.2 percent according to the data of Shanghai Administration for Industry and Commerce. Meanwhile,Non-State-Owned enterprises paid 136.695 billion yuan tax in the first half year of2014, with year-on-year growth of 15.4 percent according to the data of Shanghai Non-State-Owned Enterprise Monitor Platform of Business Operations( China Industry and Commence News, 2014-8-19).Shanghai NSSTE is an important component and strength in Shanghai civilian-run economy. It has an influential motivational function and great strategic significance in developing Shanghai Free Trade Zone, improving Shanghai economic development, completing private economy structure, boosting development model transition. NSSTE also has some problems, such as low transfer rate of scientific and technology, Financing difficulty,the outflow of talent, etc. This problems limit the enterprise expansion. I think innovation is a key factor of NSSTEs' survival and development. If NSSTE wants to grow bigger and stronger, it must improve its innovation capability. This thesis treat Shanghai NSSTE as study object, explore problems of private economy in technology innovation. By analysis, we want to find a way of how to improve innovation capability of NSSTE, therefore boost private enterprise transformation and upgrading, drive economy growth of shanghai.Through consulting literatures and deeply analyzing the current development situation of Shanghai NSSTE, this thesis precisely defines NSSTE and innovation capability of enterprise firstly. Secondly, the article has established innovationability index system of Shanghai NSSTE via researching innovation theory,innovation ability theory and sustainable development theory. Then, the author collected the relevant data combined the current development situation of different districts, conducting an empirical analysis, and compared innovation capability in different districts of Shanghai NSSTE. By inducting and deducing, this paper obtained some helpful conclusions. At last, the author came up with some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of both Government-wide and Enterprise-wide,expecting to improve innovation capability of NSSTE.
