In the modern society, with the continuous development of economic globalization, technology has been constantly innovation, the competition in all walks of life become increasingly fierce. In order to achieve the goal of maximizing the interests of the enterprise, we must constantly improve the level of enterprise's own competitive power, optimize the current financial strategy and construct enterprise's financial strategy framework based on core competence. A enterprise as the only one of the province's liquor listed companies, who want to better survive in the fierce liquor market, should be based on their own core competencies to develop their own financial strategy in line with the status of development. This paper selects A enterprise as the research object, on the basis of consulting a lot of financial strategies of domestic and foreign research and on the advantages and disadvantages of A enterprise's financial strategy based on the core competence of A enterprise to analysis, use the relationship between core competence and financial strategy, to construct A enterprise financial strategy for the overall framework of their core competitiveness stage. This paper firstly introduces the theory of core competence and financial strategy. Secondly analyzes the core competitiveness and financial status of A Enterprises and internal and external financial strategic environment of A enterprise?Then it introduces and analyzes the present situation of A enterprise's financial strategy. And in the light of the problems existing in the current financial strategy of A enterprises, the corresponding suggestions are put forward.Through research,this paper found that the financial strategy of A enterprise mainly has the following problems: Investment direction is single and the investment did not break the regional constraints,business sensitivity is not high, investment decisions is improper; Financing channels is single and the asset liability ratio is too high; Dividend distribution system is not perfect,lack of continuity and stability and can't meet the core competitiveness of the stage, etc. Based on core competence, this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of A enterprise's financial strategy: Increase the investment in scientific research,concentrate financial resources to expand the main business; Strengthen the diversified development; Optimize the structure of assets and liabilities to create a new investment management team; Maintain a reasonable rate of dividend distribution, etc.
