Research On The Relationship Among Tacit Knowledge Acquisition,Absorptive Capacity And Cooperation Innovation Ability

Currently,innovation based on the concept of knowledge has become the focus of attention of foreign academics,this article hopes to raise much-needed cooperation from the business perspective of innovation capacity,through to among the tacit knowledge acquisition,absorptive capacity,cooperation innovation capacity of relationship research,found that the influence of the recessive knowledge acquisition of enterprise cooperative innovation capacity way and path,thus provide guidance and advice on the cooperation of innovative practice.Articles get cut from the tacit knowledge theory,introducing the absorption capacity of the mediating variables,firstly sort out the tacit knowledge acquisition?absorption capacity as well as cooperative innovation capacity of domestic and foreign research;Secondly,combined with previous literature and research needs,get the tacit knowledge into tacit knowledge acquisition and skills-based cognitive tacit knowledge acquisition,get the absorption capacity into potential absorptive capacity and realized absorptive capacity,and from technological cooperation capacity,management innovation capacity and knowledge creation capacity in three dimensions to measure cooperation innovation capacity.Based on this,advances the recessive knowledge acquisition,absorptive capacity,and the theoretical model of cooperative innovation capacity relationship theory and the research hypothesis.This study used questionnaire survey method to collect data,using SPSS21.0 software for empirical analysis,Finally,based on research findings,proposed relevant management enlightenment.Through the analysis of the data of 206 valid questionnaires,the results showed that:Firstly,tacit knowledge acquisition has a significantly positive influence on enterprise cooperative innovation capacity,cognitive tacit knowledge acquisition has more skilled at cooperative innovation capacity combined with skilled tacit knowledge acquisition.Secondly,tacit knowledge acquisition has a positive impact on absorptive capacity.Where skilled tacit knowledge acquisition and cognitive tacit knowledge acquisition has a significantly positive effect on potential absorptive capacity and realistic absorptive capacity.Thirdly,absorptive capacity has significantly positive influence on enterprise cooperative innovation capacity.Where realized absorptive capacity achieves greater influence on the cooperative innovation capacity.Forthly,absorptive capacity plays a mediating role in the relationship between tacit knowledge acquisition and enterprise cooperative innovation capacity,that tacit knowledge acquisition can affect the absorption capacity of tacit knowledge,thus promoting cooperation and innovation capacity level.
