Research On The Linkage Rent Acquisition Of Enterprise In Internet Economy

Nowadays, the world has already come into a new age of Internet economy, and the traditional way of getting rents for enterprises are dying away. Therefore, this paper tries to introduce a way of getting rents from a new angle, namely linkage. In the first part, the paper elaborates the settings and the meaning of the topic firstly, summarizes the related theories and literature and introduces the methods and ideas of the research secondly, and states the innovation points at last. The second part of the paper mainly explains the way of linkage, the components and the characteristics of linkage rents. The third part is the central part of the paper, firstly accounts for the source and the creation and distribution of the linkage rents from three dimensions, namely ability, relation and rights.The fourth part discusses the governance of linkage from the internal and external angles, to illustrate the governance mechanism of linkage under Internet economy. The fifth part analyses the similarities and differences between Xiaomi and Apple Inc in the creation and allocation of linkage rents and puts forward some advice to Chinese enterprises through the analysis. The last part points out some shortcomings of the paper. Through the research on how to get linkage rents for enterprises under Internet economy, the paper mainly gets some conclusions as follows:(1) linkage rent is an integrated rental paradigm;(2) linkage rents can be gained mainly from three dimensions, namely ability, relation and rights;(3) appropriate linkage governance can keep rents stay in the enterprises.
