2015 is the 45 th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Italy, the development of bilateral relations in the past and the critical period. After a sharp decline after 2012, bilateral trade between China and Italy in 2013 has gradually stabilizes. In this trend, China's exports to Italy is also increasing, QH company is small and medium enterprises that export trend under the microcosm, in the course of export operations of the company's core customers in Italy AL clients, from the signing of the contract, determined orders, arrange production, maritime transportation to all aspects of the export exchange settlement risk there is international trade, in order to achieve long-term cooperation with the Italian AL customers, QH company is actively explore effective to identify, assess and control these risks and strategies.Firstly, using the theory of international trade risk management, in-depth analysis of the six major risk factors for Italy AL customers, risks include: country risk, currency risk,market risk, contract risk, credit risk and customer strategy development risks.Secondly, the use of multi-level quantitative analysis model(AHP) method, the trade AL client risk and the presence of six secondary indicators to identify, build AL client risk assessment system.Thirdly, By analyzing the business risk between QH company and AL customer, we are ready to build customer risk assessment model.At the same time expert scoring to give the AL client's risk score and ultimately lead to concrete risks AL customers can continue to trade and conclusions.Finally, focus on preventing secondary indicators weights in high risk based, in particular, focus on the precautionary principle heavy risk of low value high power, the country risk for AL customers exist, foreign exchange risk, market risk, contract risk,credit risk and customer strategy development risk propose specific measures, and also pay attention to build internal safeguards to regulate the process. We hope that this research will provide the theoretical basis and practical reference for other small andmedium enterprises and export QH developed in the Italian market.
