Research On The Construction Of Service Quality Assessment System Of Official Cross-border E-commerce Platforms In China

In recent years,foreign trade began to permeate all aspects of our lives.In order to improve cross-border e-commerce market and strengthen the national tax control of cross-border shopping,the Chinese government began to carry out cross-border e-commerce pilot cities,to build the official cross-border e-commerce platform.The main purpose of this paper is to establish domestic official cross-border e-commerce platform service quality index system and the evaluation index system applied to the service platform.For this purpose,the paper reviews the earlier theoretical research about the service quality and the quality of electronic service,taking advantage of the difference between the cross-border e-commerce and e-commerce about transaction process in the presence of customs clearance,tax and other aspects,to determine the impact of service quality indicators through the the basic platform of the transaction process to official cross-border e-commerce.Eventually we produced the survey questionnaire of the pre-study phase.Research method used is a combination of theoretical and empirical.Through the pre-investigation stage and the formal verification of exploratory research phase,we found that the site design,efficiency, safety and privacy, internet visibility, convenience, reliability, distribution, communication sites, site costs through tariff charges,the website compensatory have an impact on the quality of service of official cross-border e-commerce platform.We treat the ratio of the contribution of each factor in the corresponding eigenvalues and nine cumulative impact factor of the total contribution rate as the weight of each factor in weight, in which the website design is the most important factors in the entire indicator system,its weight is equivalent to eight other indexes and weights plus.Comparing the platform of Shanghai,Ningbo,Zhengzhou, Yantai by composite score formula.We found users speak highly of the platform of Shanghai, but there are still areas for improvement.Finally,we put forward suggestions for the construction of nine factor to build the official cross-border e-commerce,including:optimizing the design of the platform,simplifying the payment process,improving the efficiency oflogistics and inventorycontrol, etc.
