With the rapid development of economy and Internet,cross-border e-commerce as a n ew business form appears in the field of international trade,which promotes the developme nt of international trade to a certain extent.At the same time,China’s consumers’ consumpt ion concept has also changed dramatically.People have begun to try and accept online plat form shopping consumption.All kinds of import cross-border e-commerce platforms have paid more and more attention to all kinds of service innovation oriented to meet consumers’ consumption goals.However,the import cross-border e-commerce platform in the market has many disadvantages in service innovation ability,for example Such as poor quality of staff,a single type of goods,after-sales system is not perfect.Service innovation plays an active role in improving the service competitiveness of the platform,expanding the international marketing network,and pulling down the growth of consumption,which has attracted the attention of the government and enterprises.However,according to the current situation of cross-border e-commerce platforms,enterprises’ relatively weak understanding of service innovation and imperfect evaluation system have great obstacles to the improvement of their capabilities,especially the understanding of small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce platforms on service innovation capabilities is not in place.In the face of fierce market competition,how to improve its cross-border e-commerce service innovation ability through appropriate methods has become a key issue for cross-border e-commerce platforms to improve their competitiveness.This paper using a combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation research methods,it comprehensively considers many factors such as the marketing system of import cross-border e-commerce,the comprehensive quality of service staff,the sales volume of problem-solving,market share,etc,Build a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of service innovation,and conduct research and analysis by principal component analysis.Finally,a typical example is used for analysis and verification.Through the analysis of this paper,it is concluded that customer-oriented and product-oriented are the main factors that affect the service innovation ability of cross-border e-commerce.In addition,it also found that some cross-border e-commerce platforms in the case did not pay enough attention to technological innovation,and the level needs to be improved.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,some implications are put forward for the service innovation ability of cross-border e-commerce platforms,such as investing funds to strengthen the business level of enterprise employees,and enhancing the variety and novelty of platform products.in general.Through the research of this paper,we find out the main factors that affect the service innovation ability of cross-border e-commerce platform and the shortcomings of cross-border e-commerce platform in terms of service innovation ability,so as to provide reference for the platform to improve its own competitiveness. |
