With the national economy improving continuously in recent years, the cross-border e-commerce constantly upgraded. As they paid so much effort in building up their business on the Internet, government, enterprises and retailers from all levels all want to get more opportunity from cross-border e-commerce, for government to increase more work opportunities in community, for enterprises to win the market and profits, and for retailers to earn more personal income.Based on the research of e-commerce theories, this article analyses the relevant conditions of Company S in creating the supply chain management oriented cross-border e-commerce service platform, which in favor of the development of Chinese cross-border e-commerce environment, and believes that it must follow the pace of the market, customer-first concept, effectively take advantage of the ongoing process, integrate the previous commercial channels and design customized solutions for cross-border e-commerce players. At the same time to build cross-border business platform which can provide one-stop service and cooperate with the Taxation authority, Quarantine & Inspection authority to complete service transformation and become the market leader of cross-border e-commerce service platform. On this basis, the article proposes QH cross-border e-commerce platform should establish global warehousing & fulfillment center firstly, design cross-border electronic architecture system and application’s integrated management system, supported by the Customs supervision and management mechanism. By utilization of the resources of the world’s leading payment companies, finance companies, supply chain companies, which bring advanced concepts, trading patterns, personnel and market share. In order to secure the successful construction of the platform. we should optimization the customs clearance, trading, transportation, foreign exchange and other service support system. The construction of the relevant market supervision system to make continual improvement and cross-border e-commerce can go global, strengthen personnel training and improve its supply chain management and other capabilities to make sure optimization services platform will be implemented. This study sheds the light for logistics enterprises in China in terms of cross-border e-commerce, which in line with the development trend of our times.
