Risk Assessment Research On The Air Transport Of Dangerous Goods Of Sales Agents

With the further development of China's civil aviation industry, in order to improve the safety of air transportation of dangerous goods, the Civil Aviation Administration of China issued a revised "China Civil Aviation Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations"(CCAR276-R1), and it formally implemented starting in March 1, 2014. Based on the analysis of our market situation of air transport of dangerous goods sales agents,CCAR276-R1 enhanced operator management responsibility for sales agents to make the responsibilities and obligations of sales agents clearer.Based on the the characteristics of the air transport of dangerous goods, firstly, the thesis analyzed the market situation of dangerous goods by air transport and sales agents air transport of dangerous goods, and then analyzed the impact of the sales agents of risk factors.Combining with its characteristic, the thesis applied Multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the affecting factors of sales agents air transport of dangerous goods,and then calculated the evaluation results through building the evaluation model.To control the risk, on the one hand, through agenting the sales agents own business,from the external factors such as social, political, economic, natural and internal factors such as personnel, equipment,management and so on the thesis put forward to the strategies and means in order to make the sales agents air transport of dangerous goods more efficient, safer and less risky; On the other hand, the thesis also put forward to some proposals and measures from the government and industry regulatory level.
