Air Transport Of Dangerous Goods Risk Assessment

As well known, dangerous goods with flammable, explosive, corrosive, oxidizing and other features, is easy to cause combustion, explosion and poisoning disasters in the process of transport. Thus, dangerous goods transport accidents should be much more serious in comparison with the general cargo transport; furthermore, compared with other modes of transport, air transportation with lower accident rate, however, it will cause great economic losses when the accident occurred. Therefore, dangerous goods transportation has a higher operating profit, while with relatively low efficiency.It's not enough to make air dangerous good transportation safe only by raising the level of aircraft and equipment, because of the complex technical equipment of modern air transportation,changing operating conditions and the general demanding characteristics, we must improve managing way and the equality of employees. In order to fundamentally improve the safety level of air dangerous goods transportation, a very effective measure is assessing its safety before accidents, that is identifying the main factors affecting safety, detecting hidden dangers and preventing accidents from happening, according to the former accidents'factor analysis. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to identify and analyze the risks, which effectively and significantly improve the safety level of air dangerous good transportation.Therefore, in order to obtain the best air dangerous goods transportation pattern with the lowest risk of the economic, social, environmental and other comprehensive evaluation, this paper combining the characteristics of air dangerous goods transportation, apply the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze the affecting factors of the air dangerous goods transportation mode affecting the level. Then, this paper studies have shown that, from a dynamic view, transport integration pattern is less risky and more secure than the traditional pattern; Moreover, the transport patterns change, with the changes of personnel, aircraft, as well as changes in management.Finally, this paper put forward the improvement strategies and measures that make China's air dangerous goods transport develop in a more efficient, safer, less risky way, according to modern logistics enterprise management measures and methods, and the laws and regulations, industry standards in the process of air dangerous goods transportation.
