The Strategy Research Of Improving The Competitiveness Of China's Civil Aviation Industry

With the rapid development of China's economy,China's aviation industry is rapidly expanding the scale,but is also facing increasingly fierce international competition.In the international market,China's passenger and freight share decreased in recent years and showed huge losses.China's aviation industry to improve efficiency,reduce operating costs,establish modern enterprise system,build the core competitiveness of enterprises became the core of the problem.In this paper,first of all described the environment at home and abroad by using the thoery of corporate strategy.Secondly,with a strategic cost-to-business value chain analysis,strategic positioning analysis,cost driver analysis,recommendations on improvement measures was proposed one by one;the use of business process reengineering theory required appropriate competition environment;the use of strategic management theory,management information systems MIS,human resources management strategy,information,performance appraisal and remuneration of the design of reform programs;the operation and management of modern production site in the 5S management,bulletin JIT theory,TQM,the refinement of management,agile manufacturing services.Followed by a forward-looking civil aviation and future development:the development of urban air and secondary air,the establishment of a global strategy,to keep domestic routes for international shares.SWOT Analysis,crisis management give the idea for China's civil aviation industry meeting the direct competition,the focus of global competition,the establishment of enterprises strategies; also analyzed most of the system in our country,the conditions of transport and the relationship between high-speed railway,in the new environment,suggesting a new corporate strategy,competitive strategy,functional strategies and implementation plans.
