Then, based on different type risk, to have deep analysis. During this process, it’s not just based on each risk’s character, but also based on daily work experience, rank out different risk on its severity rate and happened possibility. This helped us to get result that should focus on Cost Risk, Quality Risk and Supply Risk during whole purchase process, to decrease the risk. At last, use control the process, based on different type of risk to set up the suitable risk management strategy and apply, through update organization chart, risk alert system and operation management, to decrease the risk in whole purchase process.The study get good result in Y Company internally, and implement to other programs.
