| With the continuous development of economy and science and technology,the scale and complexity of IT information projects are also expanding.How to realize effective risk management of large IT projects or program is becoming increasingly important.In this paper,the author uses the WSR methodology.According to the characteristics of HG company’s program,the author collected a large amount of information by means of interview,questionnaire survey and data statistics.The author uses the seven working processes of WSR to detail the company’s current project management Analysis,respectively,for physical factors,factors,human factors alone into a chapter analysis and discussion.Through expert judgment,work experience and interviews with relevant colleagues,we get 50 third-level risks in HG’s current project management,and then use the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to analyze the physical risk factors of HG’s project implementation process According to the ten key risk factors that have been identified,using the ISM method to construct the judgment matrix,the hierarchy of the ten risk factors can be found by software calculation The author constructs the explanatory structural model of ten risk factors to find out the underlying risk factors,the direct risk factors and the deep logic between the key risk factors.The research shows that the assessment mechanism of components and subprojects is too complicated and the implementation of the constraint projects is The direct reason is that the strategic planning of the company affects the success or failure of the whole project at the very beginning.The other risk factors affect the project implementation at different stages and form a complex relationship.Finally,through the interviews,we collect,summarize and manage the human factors in HG’s project management process,analyze how high-frequency human factors act on the key physical factors and how to influence the factors,and combine with HG’s " A Program " as a case to explore and verify the research methods,the results of the application of the method to share the results of the deficiencies put forward to continue to improve measures and recommendations.In short,by systematically analyzing the physical-business-human factors in HG’s program management,and connecting with the actual case to demonstrate the effectiveness of risk strategies,also puts forward Suggestions for the further improve the optimization,the purpose is to reduce the large-scale IT project risk management. |
