Therefore, to build a reasonable vendor selection method is of great significance.Paper first in consulted a large number of domestic and foreign papers and analyzes D company's current situation, in purpose of evaluating the suppliers in a system view, the best evaluation method is to use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to evaluate the aircraft equipment suppliers. Secondly, the paper selected aviation engine as representative, adopt the method of brainstorming and causal analysis to find out the engine supplier evaluation index, and each index score analysis. Then by assigning different weights of different evaluation methods, combined with the principle of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to compare two each target, so as to get the weight of each evaluation index distribution value, namely the complete evaluation index system. At last, in order to avoid different grading staff because of the difference of professional knowledge and experience and effect on final score results, the thesis score of different categories of staff were different weighted to eliminate the above effects.Papers used an instance of two suppliers to evaluate the actual effect of the evaluation model. Through example, we found that after the application of new evaluation system, not only greatly shorten the aircraft engine supplier selection evaluation term of the project, and also made the evaluation results more scientific and intuitive.
