Project management has extremely high value of research and wide application. With the rapid development of social economics, science and technology, it becomes an important way for enterprises to gain the advantage of competition by using project management. Military enterprise of aero-engine repair, which is the important security of the army's combat effectiveness, shoulders the task of all kinds of aero-engine repair. But meanwhile, the type of military enterprise of aero-engine repair is special. Because of the history and special nature, the management system of them is backward that leads to being not suited for the reform and innovation both of the nation and army. The repairs of new aero-engines appear multi-varieties, small quantities and uncertainty. Therefore, project management can be applied in the enterprise of aero-engine repair to develop the management and increase the benefit.Based on the research and literature, this dissertation analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the application of project management in aero-engine repair, discusses the model of aero-engine repair project management from the aspect of organization structure, salary, product operation and so on, founds the multi-project management strategy after analyzing other kinds of project management such as R&D and technology innovation.Schedule control plays an essential role in aero-engine repair project management because of rapid response, the modern army's security demand. This dissertation puts forward the schedule plan based on repair workflow, and constructs the"fixed time-balance of staff distribution"model by using GA and standard work time. Beside the traditional method, this dissertation uses Petri Net to do some research on the project schedule control. PN is an effective tool to modeling of discrete event while project management can be seen as the joint of discrete event. This dissertation analyzes the modeling requirement of aero-engine repair project, designs the multi-stage CPN model, and certifies the model with the CPN Tools. Furthermore, this dissertation analyzes the schedule coordination of aero-engine repair, puts forward the coordination system of aero-engine repair project and gives a case study.
