| The core of digital collaborative development is to highly integrate all product development activities,information,resources into a collaborative work environment by using digital technology and high-speed network.It makes the collaborative partners,which they are in the supply chain distributed in different spatial positions,complete in parallel the product demand analysis,design and development,manufacturing,use and maintenance through the whole life cycle and share all the data,in order to shorten the product development cycle and save the cost.At the same time,collaborative research and development plays a booster and enabling role in promoting the transformation of organizational structure and the mode of development,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the organization.Aero engine development is an important strategic industry involving a lot of professional areas,a comprehensive industry chain,a long supply chain because of its great technical difficulty,long development cycle,high risk of development,capital cost,cooperation in wide fields.At present,there is NOT a small gap between China’s aviation engine technology and that of the foreign competitors.It is necessary to take the R&D management mode of the world advanced aero-engine research institutions as the benchmark,establishing China’s aviation engine business processes,digital cooperative development management system for the whole value chain,forming the management mode of collaborative development.This management mode will support key technology breakthrough in the field of aviation engine,achieve leapfrog development of aero engine industry,boost China’s aviation weapons and equipment upgrading and enhance national defense forces.This article studies the trend of information technology widely used in the word,and the national strategy of "combination of informatization and industrialization" specified in the national high and new technology.Based on the present management situation of A Research Institute in aircraft engine R&D,in view of how two independent design group and manufacture group perform aircraft engine R&D work efficiently,a network-based unified platform is presented as a collaborative R&D management mode.The framework of content,application and organization of the management mode are designed,and the key points and work procedure are discussed.The purpose is to establish a collaborative aero-engine R&D management mode with virtualized organization,collaborative network,sequential work process,model data,generalized standard,boost aircraft engine R&D innovation,shorten the cycle,reduce R&D costs,and improve the quality.The digital collaborative R&D management mode presented in this paper not only is of important instructive meaning for transformation of aircraft engine R&D mode of A Research Institute,but also has major reference value for building independent collaborative R&D system of China aero-engine industry. |
