Aero-engine Models, Project Management Platform To Build Technology Research

Like other complicated high-tech projects, aero-engine projects, which need the research units locating in different places to cooperate closely to complete, are of great innovation, funds injections and long development cycle. At present, more and more aero-engine factories adopt the project management techniques to develop the corresponding project management systems to manage their aero-engine sub-projects effectively. However, every research unit couldn't cooperate effectively because of the differences in business process, management standards and data format, even untimely information sharing. So the whole development team is in the lower status in managing projects. On the other hand, aero-engine developing projects adopt the unique multilevel management mode, which needs demanding teamwork. So it's necessary to develop project management technology and relevant applied technology. Using the management requirement in the development process as a point of departure, this paper analyzes the characteristics of aero-engine projects, and then studies the formation techniques of management platform suitable for Chinese aero-engine developing projects.
